World Expo 2010

The Shanghai Expo will be held in Shanghai from 1 May to 31 October 2010. Under the main theme: Better City, Better Life (城市，讓生活更美好), there are five sub-themes denoting the different aspects of a city in harmony:
Blending of diverse cultures in the city (城市多元文化的融合); Economic prosperity in the city (城市經濟的繁榮); Innovation of science and technology in the city (城市科技的創新); Remodelling of urban communities (城市社區的重塑); and Rural-urban interaction (城市和鄉村的互動).
