The area is located in the town centre of Ma On Shan and is surrounded by residential developments and a hotel
(A2.1a)
. There are five major facilities in the area of study, all of which are popular and highly utilized amongst the residents as well as local visitors of Ma On Shan
(A2.1b)
. They are:

(A2.1c)
Ma On Shan Public Library
(A2.1d)
