The Dispute Resolution Advisor (DRAd) System is intended to foster co-operation between all parties to the Works Contract, that is the Employer, the Contractor and any Nominated Sub-contractor or Specialist Subcontractor. The DRAd System is also intended to minimize the number of claims, disputes and disruption to the Works, and to ensure the cost effective and expeditious resolution of disputes that do arise.


The List of DRAds is managed by the Joint Management Committee (JMC).
