Signature Project Scheme (Central and Western District) – Harbourfront Enhancement and Revitalisationat the Western Wholesale Food Market
The aim of the project is to meet the aspiration for the realisation of a green, vibrant and continuous promenade for the Central and Western District. The enhanced promenade and pier park provide a quality public open green space for the surrounding community to enjoy.
