Engaging with stakeholders is a key to understanding their expectations as well as driving continual improvement. Stakeholder engagement can be in the form of public seminars, public consultation forums, meetings, face-to-face interviews, questionnaires, etc., in which stakeholders are encouraged to express their views on the building performance. By analyzing their views and comments, ways for improvement are identified.
