Post-Secondary Student Summer Internship

Allowance
HK$11,500 per month (to be confirmed)
(Applicants may also be considered under the Vacation Training Scheme funded by the Development Bureau.  Separate application is not required.)

General Requirements
(1) Applicants must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region pursuing full-time studies in tertiary educational institutions in or outside Hong Kong;
(2)Applicants should have eligible disciplines of studies for the post(s) specified below;
(3) Applicants should be fluent in both Cantonese and English; 
(4) Applicants should have good knowledge in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel; and
(5) Applicants should produce transcripts issued by the appropriate authority of his/her tertiary educational institution certifying his/her academic status in the institution.

(Note: These are non-civil service vacancies.  Candidates will not be appointed on civil service terms of appointment and conditions of service.  Candidates appointed are not civil servants and will not be eligible for posting, promotion or transfer to any posts in the Civil Service.)

(a) Summer Intern (Architectural)	Either: 1) completed Year 2 of Bachelor´s degree in Architecture; or 2) completed Year 1 of Master´s degree in Architecture; or 3) completed Year 1 of Higher Diploma in Architectural / Building Studies of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education of the VTC / HKU SPACE Community College, or equivalent.
(b) Summer Intern (Landscape Architectural)	Either: 1) completed Year 1 of Bachelor´s of Arts in Architectural Studies (majoring in Landscape Architecture); or 2) completed Year 1 of Bachelor´s degree in Landscape Architecture; or 3) completed Year 1 of Master´s degree in Landscape Architecture.
(c) Summer Intern (Quantity Surveying)	Completed Penultimate Year of Bachelor´s degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
(d) Summer Intern (Structural/Civil Engineering)	Completed Penultimate Year of Bachelor´s degree in Structural / Civil Engineering.
(e) Summer Intern (Building Surveying)	Completed Penultimate Year of Bachelor´s degree in Surveing

For post (a), Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong and/or Wanchai Tower, 12 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
For posts (b) to (d), Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong
For post (e), APB Centre, 9 Sung Ping Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon

Employment Period
Not more than 8 weeks, tentatively from June 2026 to August 2026
