Site Supervisors play a frontline role in the project team.

Upon the completion of the design and tendering, Site Supervisors will station at the construction site and supervise the whole project. They also need to make sure that the project is constructed according to the specifications, terms and conditions of the contract and drawings with high quality workmanships.

Other than that, Site Supervisors need to make sure that the Builders do not violate the relevant Environmental and Safety Legislations during the construction process. And monitor the progress of the construction and report to the project team from time to time.
