Tuen Mun Siu Lun Government Complex

Located in Tuen Mun, Siu Lun Government Complex is an integrated building which composed of two main blocks, namely the office and the recreational blocks, and are linked by an open-air communal atrium at podium level. It is a highly compact and efficient development that seamlessly integrates five Government Departments in order to provide a wide-variety of public services and recreational facilities in one-stop. A lot of communal space and recreational area are also provided within the complex to promote healthy life style and encourage socialization for people of all ages.

Design Features for the Community

  • A 15m climbing wall is built at the recreational block, directly facing the communal atrium, which provides a venue for semi-outdoor rock climbing
  • A community hall provides a performance venue and recreational space for the locals
  • Other sports facilities, such as a fitness room and a table tennis room, satisfy the demands of the community in pursuing a healthy lifestyle
  • Children play area allows children to interact with each other. Its curvy glass envelop integrated with public seating also allow communication with the public
  • A total of seven baby care rooms with breast-feeding cubicles are distributed in Siu Lun Complex to create a family friendly environment
  • Located near public transport within a 500m walk, Siu Lun Complex is highly accessible and encourage the use of public transportation
