Market Sounding Exercise

Light Public Housing

The Architectural Services Department (“ArchSD”) is conducting a Market Sounding Exercise (“MSE”) and inviting interested contractors to respond the MSE and attend a briefing session for Light Public Housing comprising the design and construction of multi-storey temporary domestic buildings with approximately 30,000 domestic units.

The briefing session will be held on 18 November 2022.  Currently, it is envisaged that a tenderer or the lead participant/major shareholder of a joint venture tenderer for this project must be a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works in Group C for Buildings Category.  Interested contractors who wish to participate in the MSE shall refer to the Invitation Letter (Attachment 1) for information and return the Letter of Undertaking on Non-disclosure of Information (Attachment 2) by 12:00 noon, 16 November 2022 by email to: leewh4@archsd.gov.hk.  Contractors who have not submitted the signed Letter of Undertaking on Non-disclosure of Information by the specified time will not be given access to the project information or be invited to attend the briefing session.

ArchSD will inform the eligible contractors of the details of the MSE and briefing session on 17 November 2022 by email.
